Step 2
- Extract the downloaded zip
- Boot into fastboot Mode connect oneplus one with pc using micro usb cable
Step 3
Run the
flash-all.bat (Windows)
flash-all.sh (Linux) file.
Once its done
Reboot
OR
if flash-all.bat doesn’t work
ZIP file and flash each IMG One by One

fastboot flash cache cache.img
fastboot flash userdata userdata_64G.img (or userdata_16G.img For 16GB model)
fastboot reboot
